On July 22, 2019, ningxia hanas liquefied natural gas co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "hanas") repaired the LNG cryogenic submersible pump in its natural gas liquefaction station. This maintenance mainly aimed at the unstable vibration value of on-site submersible pump, which exceeded the standard value. Maintenance invited the original EIC factory technical personnel to participate in the guidance of the operation, our staff to cooperate.

On the morning of July 22, our staff and the technicians from the original EIC factory went to hanas for the pre-maintenance Safety training and Job Safety Analysis training, and checked and counted the spare parts needed for this maintenance. After a series of preparation work, on the 23rd, the formal maintenance. First, the pump was lifted, the pump well was purged with nitrogen, the nitrogen inlet and outlet pressure was adjusted repeatedly, the roof was removed, and the pump was removed. After lifting the pump, disassemble and check the pump and replace the parts. After the above work is completed, reload and test run are carried out, and the field operation is in good condition.

This maintenance lasted 7 days. Under the guidance of the technicians of the original factory, we successfully completed the disassembly and reassembly of the submersible pump, which improved the maintenance ability of our technicians and laid a solid foundation for such maintenance work in the future. At the same time, more importantly, the deepening of customer trust in us.
